At Nova Guard Academy, we understand martial arts as a continuous learning process where technique, consistency, and respect make the difference. Our school in Girona is founded with the intention of providing a solid, well-structured training environment open to both beginners and experienced students. We practice disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, and self-defense from a practical and progressive perspective, focusing on both technical evolution and the integration of each student into the school's dynamics.
Our methodology is based on building a solid foundation from the beginning, adapting training to the level and pace of each individual.
